Pros

Most of our employees are remote. We hire from 21 states. We have a supportive work environment. We live our mission/values. We appreciate our employees!

Cons

While there aren't any significant cons, like any organization, there are always opportunities for continuous improvement. It's a dynamic environment where feedback is welcomed to make things even better.

Pros

The company offers remote work, which provides flexibility and a better work-life balance. Employees are generally friendly, collaborative, and supportive, which helps create a positive team environment.

Cons

Leadership instability is a major challenge — in my time there, the company went through four different presidents. The CEO/Owner tends to intervene at the last minute, making drastic changes that often derail projects and cause frustration. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in director and VP-level hires from outside the company, rather than promoting internal talent. These roles come with higher salaries, while compensation for other employees remains comparatively low. Although the company conducts employee surveys, feedback is rarely acted upon, leaving staff feeling unheard and undervalued. Suggestions and issues raised by employees are not handled effectively, contributing to low morale. Benefit offerings are either all employee paid or too expensive. PTO is only 10 days for the first 5-years. There is no sick leave, or paternity leave.
