Pros

None, I really wouldn't even recommend this company to my enemies.

Cons

Lies, misinformation, poor training, poor communication from management, terrible benefits which you have to spend most of your paycheck on, terrible pay, poor equipment, doesn't use effective treatment options for mental health improvement in students or families (despite that being part of the model).

Pros

-Great work/life balance with school schedule -administration cares about their employees and listens to their needs by doing check ins and surveys, and they follow through. -networking and collaboration with other clinicians throughout different states -clinical supervision is available for hours -supervisors are extremely helpful and do not have issues getting in contact when an emergent need arises

I cannot think of any at this time.

Pros

I have been with ESS for the last 5 years and it has been a pleasure. I have been able to do lots of meaningful work with children in schools and have been given opportunities to grow by my wonderful supervisors. The intensive therapy that ESS does is not an inherently easy job, but I have felt very supported by my supervisors.

Cons

As with every company there are things that get rolled out without good consultation of the actual working conditions and implementations, especially as a therapist in California working with a company headquartered on the East Coast. That being said, my supervisors have always done what they can to smooth over transitions and support me in finding the best path forward to managing my workload and new expectations.
