Pros

Good benefits - very low deductible medical insurance, unlimited PTO (if you are lucky enough to have a good manager), free lunch (up to $16/meal)

Cons

No respect, recognition or appreciation from senior leaders - The senior management is so arrogant and they need to use every chance they can find to public shame their employees and make them feel worthless. Employees do not get any recognition for appreciation, instead they will be badly blamed if they are not doing everything 100% perfect under impossible timelines. No work life balance - It just doesn’t exist at EF. People are expected to work from 7am to 11pm everyday, no matter if you have a life or not. Otherwise, you could be public shamed by senior leaders. No care for its employees, only care about how many clients they’re signing - They don’t care how burned out their employees are to please the clients. I’m sure the senior leaders are aware people are burned out and morale is extremely low. They just pretend they don’t know so that they don’t need to do anything about it. No transparency or visibility - You would think for a 600 people company, it shouldn’t be too hard to make announcements company wide. EF is the perfect example to show how chaotic a company could be. Senior leaders don’t care if the employees are left in the dark or not, or if there’s a long term strategy or not. Each team (even each individual employee) works in its own world and has no visibility what’s happening outside of them.

Pros

As a recent hire, my onboarding experience has been surprisingly smooth. Like any high-growth technology company, there is definitely some "drinking from the fire hose" in the first few weeks, but that's largely because there is so much happening across the business. The team has been welcoming, supportive, and willing to invest time in helping new employees ramp up. What has stood out most is the company's vision and the pace of innovation. It feels like there is a constant stream of product announcements, new capabilities, and customer momentum. If you're someone who enjoys being close to emerging AI technology and wants to help shape the future rather than maintain the status quo, there's a lot to be excited about here. The people are smart, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about solving complex problems. There is also a strong sense of ownership and opportunity to make an impact regardless of tenure.

Cons

The pace is not for everyone. Priorities can move quickly as the company responds to market opportunities, and you should be prepared to learn fast and navigate some ambiguity. Having a proactive mindset is important.

Pros

Great career growth opportunities- myself and many other current Account Executives have started as SDR's and have been fortunate enough to move into Account Executive roles. This is primarily attributed to a "hive mind" mentality among the sales development team. The team constantly shares best practices for account/outreach strategy. The team is led my Michael Delzotti- he's played a major role in my development. His wealth of knowledge, ability to coach, and willingness to help with anything at the drop of a hat has made it easy to grow day by day. Additionally, the company as a whole has a culture of innovation , hard work, and collaboration. From a GTM perspective marketing, sales, and product works very well in tandem. Lastly, it's easy to be passionate about the difference our platform can make for our clients and the differentiators that sets us apart from our competitors.

Cons

As the organization continues to grow and develop new products, some GTM functions and strategy can a while to find consistency across the organization.
