      Pros

      The kids are amazing. They make it worth it to endure the awfulness.

      Cons

      They will fire you over nothing with no warning. The woman that work there are catty and mean to each other.

      An incredible job with even better co workers. A unique nursing environment that you don’t get in the hospital setting

      Pros

      Plenty of PTO available at times.

      Cons

      The program is designed for failure. The kids don't have incentives to do well and lack of consequences. Higher management are disconnected from the reality of the program and could work 1-2 shifts to witness how well this is working.
