Sometimes challenging to communicate with Germany Plant due to Culture and Language.

My immediate supervisor was very knowledgeable and a good supervisor, members of my team were fun to work with, shut down during Christmas

Lower than average pay, lower than average raise, sometimes no bonus sometimes an insultingly small bonus, kept dangling the carrot of a 4 day work week that panned out several years later but was shut down before long, no upward mobility, disorganized management, extreme favoritism which led to certain team members carrying the entire workload while others did nothing at all, no temperature control on the production floor
