      Other staff members are nice. Training for the job is good, can be a bit much sometimes

      Cons

      Too much pressure to hit KPI’s with no incentive. Always want more sales. Often understaffed Underpaid going up the ladder in the shop.

      Salary and hours are the drawback. This can be rectified by reducing the working week by a couple of hours
