Pros
Kind staff, generally care about your success, noble mission, and easy barrier of entry. If you like multi tasking and being kept busy, it's a good type of role.
Cons
Company is a bit disorganized and, as an LEA rep I found my timelines and responsiblities changing a lot and being piled on top of each other. Doable, but very stressful. I fell behind when having COVID and going through a rough personal period and the way reponsibilites and timelines changed and added up, it made it hard to keep up.
