Pros
The management in the kitchen is really great. Super friendly, very personable, and make you feel like you're a part of a family. Although they endorse a fun work environment, they also encourage and enforce good working habits to ensure that you are helping to maintain a clean environment and to provide the best service possible for the residents.
Cons
There tend to be shortages within the staff, but the existing employees usually help to split the responsibilities in a way that helps keep the kitchen functioning properly. The management of the facility is average, the higher ups seem to prioritize their pockets over giving the staff what they need to do their job well, such as sufficient staffing. They understand how to get the place in order but that's as far as they'll go to really emphasize resident and staff satisfaction.
