Pros

Endeavor paid for the basic individual health insurance elections, which was the best benefit I received while employed. There is also as much free, decent-tasting coffee as you wish to drink.

Cons

Endeavor gives employees ten days of PTO per year (sick and vacation days), and pressures employees to work while sick. If you want a job where you can skate by doing minimal work with limited management, Endeavor is the place, but this also means that you will be working with people who have been barely performing (or completely botching) their job tasks for years. It is impossible to make improvements in processes and procedures, which range from undefined to nonexistent and are lax at best; however, policies regarding attire and decorum continue to become more strict. In general, the company is very young and management is green and has no idea how to grow or provide guidance for team members. Pay is extremely low, and company culture is one of "we're all in the same hellhole." Employees are unhappy and make it known. The work environment is toxic, and management is only concerned with the bottom line (the company is owned by a private equity firm). Daily operations are extremely unorganized, and management and executives consistently operate in "damage control" mode, which generates an overarching state of chaos. Turnover is high and most of the long-term employees have or are making their way out. The company cares very little about the employees and the employees don't care about the company.

Pros

Fast-growing company with opportunities for advancement for top performers. It's a smaller company so you'll "wear a lot of hats" but get a lot of great experience in operations management in the telecom/IT field services sector. Lots of great people who work at this organization at the staff level. This is a great place to work for entry level staff looking to start your career.

Cons

Historically very poor morale because many experienced staff members feel over-worked and underpaid. I can't speak for how the pay compares to other companies, but that is the perception of many current/former employees. Management and executives tend to never take accountability for issues and always blames subordinates for problems (but then they take credit for successes), so be prepared for a lot of internal finger pointing (even though that goes against the company's Service Rules). If you get to a position above entry level, be wary of backstabbing and getting scapegoated, and do not trust management because they do not care about individuals, only meeting their own career objectives and covering their own back sides.
