Pros

There are some professional and friendly people there.

Cons

Culturally, EnergyBox is more concerned with doing things fast than doing things right. Consequently, their equipment is often poorly installed and frequently malfunctions which makes it impossible to get reliable information from their own internal platform. This, in turn, leads to management to become increasingly impatient and quick to anger whenever any setback is discovered, which creates a culture of paranoia and fear.

Pros

The only pros this company had was Monday WFH and that brief period of time where we worked remotely 3 days a week because the wifi in their temporary office was running on dial up fumes.

Cons

They told all their customers "we're looking into this for you" and ignored all their problems for months and years. I was forced to lie to my clients about getting problems resolved. They hated me because I wanted the clients to be cared for. If I didn't leave before their layoffs I would have been thrown off the building roof as their first "sacrifice"
