Pros
Teaching can actually be quite rewarding. The job itself is not difficult and the pay is good relative to the work.
Cons
Frustrating management decisions and tedious administrative work. Conflicts between foreign staff and local staff. Extremely bratty kids that make you want to strangle them, then strangle their parents for raising them.
