      Big multinational with possibility to be relocated. Job is forever, according to Italian Laws. There are money to do interesting projects.

      Cons

      Completely disorganized. Management focused on finance, people are neglected, objectives are misaligned. Huge number of silos. Decision making process is extremely slow. Frequent frustration. Company promises things that never honors.
