Pros
USD payment, health stipend, tech stipend or they offer you a computer, Udemy courses, holiday bonus, you get the day off on your birthday and company anniversary. HR is always looking for you and helping you in any way possible, and also if you need improvement they let you grow while guiding you with a really positive feedback.
Honesty and good resolution towards your work, also they don't do micro-management so that's helpful.
Their Equality, Diversity, & Inclusion values are so cool.
Cons
The equipment they gave is not the newest (at least not the one I got).
It's very hard to do networking because of being a remote job so sometimes you don't get to know the team that much.
