Remote work, good envyroment, English classes included, bonus for office equipment, low presure
Cons
Low pay rate, no ensurance included (they help with a partner for ensurance but have to be with them and is still expensive), bad politic to grow in the company.
Ergeon Response
2y
Thanks for this feedback, we just rolled out global health insurance so we hope to improve it and make it more affordable as we grow! In order for Ergeon to adapt quickly, sometimes departments and staff will have changing responsibilities and roles as an alternative to laying off staff and hiring new staff that immediately have those new skills. We have chosen to invest in our staff instead, which may mean some longer periods of learning and practice before the next level can be achieved in a new area. We try to make this growth path as clear as possible during the Quarterly Review period, but there is always room for improvement!
Something I love about Ergeon is that they invest in their employees abilities rather than their impact on they have on the team. This means they will help either mold you into into the position you are working for or they will help you find another place that helps you grow even more.
Cons
Something I’ve always struggled with at Ergeon is the reality that we’re a startup and we operate very lean. Joining the company as a teenager and spending all of my twenties here has meant making real sacrifices—especially around finances. There were a lot of things my friends were able to do, like travel or enjoy certain experiences, that I simply couldn’t afford at the time.
I know it’s different for people working in other countries or in different circumstances, but for someone living in the U.S., it hasn’t always been easy. Still, I’ve stayed because I believe in what we’re building and the long-term vision, even if the path hasn’t always been comfortable.
Various funds to support the purchase of improved hardware and things to help you work better. Remote workers health insurance. Consistent payment with no delays.
Cons
Very focused on AI integration to improve organizational performance, but the customer experience seems to come second to this. Very driven by the sales targets and can cause pressure to perform. Commission for sales is on the very low end.
