Top management is clueless, they fired people in Jan, without any planning, work load increased on guys they retained, then again laid of in Feb, again in April and then again in July when they were planning to hire in June. The CHRO does not now if they want to Hire or Fire. Guess what some time they will fire new people, some time people who have met expectation and some time the top performers as well.
