Terrible boss and crunch - Anonymous employee Experiment 101 Employee Review

- Boss have massive mood swings and aggression problems. - Company culture that promotes unpayed overtime. - Emplyees are stressed and pressed until they break. I have seen several people leave or get fired. - Very unclear comunication. - There are no producer role, anyone on the team can come and give a coworker more work that have to be done or they might fail their sprint. (I think the actual office experiment referred to in the company name Experiment 101 is to see how much crunch overtime emplyees can survive)
