I’ve been with Fathead for some time now and it has been one of my best work experiences. Really great company to work for, the MOST diverse company I’ve ever worked which is great because I am a minority. I’ve been in the corporate world for quite some time and I can easily say Fathead is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. Working at Fathead has allowed me to tap into skills and creative talents I didn’t realize I had. If you are looking for a company that will challenge you every step of the way, give you opportunities to learn and grow, then Fathead will be perfect for you! There are always new and exciting projects to work on and never a dull day! The team is a great group of people to work with! Everyone helps everyone succeed, in every department! The CEO is very forward thinking and acts as a part of the team! The CEO has a strong “WE” mentality and not only contributes but is very receptive to new and fresh ideas from all team members to ensure we are always ahead of the curve. Overall, the work environment at Fathead is fun, pioneering and always centered around working as a team and allowing everyone’s talents to flourish.

No real cons for me with the exception of being unable to work with team in the office due to the pandemic.
