Pros

Name recognition. Having FCB anywhere on your resume will catch the attention of other agencies and professionals in the industry. My entire team moved on from FCB within a year to higher paying jobs.

Cons

Awards obsessed yet so few see any positive outcomes from them. Likes to believe they're a creative, modern digital agency when in reality they are about as traditional as sliced bread. Extremely cramped office (Toronto) with management not willing to spend a dime on meeting rooms, production equipment or amenities for staff. Talks a lot of talk such as caring about mental health in the workplace, but when someone brought up a cost of living increase at a town hall, management basically told the entire agency to outperform the Toronto real estate market if they wish to continue being able to live and work there.

Pros

Great team culture with smart, collaborative people and opportunities to work on meaningful healthcare brands. Leadership is generally supportive, and there is strong exposure to large scale integrated campaigns. Good place to grow creatively and gain experience working across different channels and stakeholders. Fast paced environment that can help you build skills quickly.

Cons

Like many agencies, timelines can move quickly and workloads can fluctuate depending on client needs. Priorities may shift fast
