Supervisors on some shift only will hold your pto and not approve them to give it to their favorite workers even when you put in for that day or week to have off. Micro management is really bad here. Supervisor are in more control then human resources and management. Sadly human resources does nothing to protect the employees. Only one supervisor has his own rule. That if your late to his 2 minute start up meeting you will get suspended for 3 days that is nuts. This is only on second shift that does this.
