*Exceptionally kind people who aren't just fake-nice *A product that focuses on improving the e-commerce experience for small and medium businesses and helping them compete with the conglomerates *Strong CTO who drives a tech culture of meritocracy and strong performance *Small company so I don't feel like a tiny gear in a giant machine. My impact matters every day. *Company has found its footing and PMF so now it's just about scaling
Cons
*Company is retiring tech debt which isn't always fun to work on *Most of engineering is in Canada so I have to be up earlier to work with them than I would if we were all in SF but it's nice to wrap up the work day a little early
