      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Great place to get a CDL. They pay you while you learn. I started on the dock loading trucks and made it into the driver training program two months later. If you are motivated and a hard worker you should able to do the same. They make you hustle, but they really do put safety first.

      Cons

      You have to put in some time to get any kind of a choice on your route. Before you bid on a route you just go wherever they send you. Your start time can vary too.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
