      Honestly cannot think of any pros. FedEx office as a company is alright. Just not the National Dispatch center

      Cons

      Horrible Tuition reimbursement. Management doesn't care about you. Will be over worked constantly. Stress levels are unbearable. Could be the most patient person in the world and still lose your patience with the people in this job.
