Pros
-diverse teams in terms of experience and culture -strong management -opportunities for training and development -interesting projects -you are able to manage your own workload without being micromanaged -you can move around the world if you are interested
Cons
Not too much to say here, but: - workload can be intense and it's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day -IT needs a SERIOUS overhaul
