Pros
They promote within so if you work hard and dedicate yourself, you can move up the ladder quickly. Started as canvasser and was able to move up to director position, executive team is friendly and approachable and they seem to appreciate hard work.
Cons
Short term gig, campaigns go on for a few months and then you are finding yourself filing for unemployment. Also when you are working as a director, you are extremely overworked doing about 12 hrs a day with 1 day off as a salaried staff member.
