Pros
The atmosphere is very laid back and the people are mostly nice, the social events are often fun too. It is also in a great location.
Cons
The agile processes sometimes seem like they are not properly implemented or understood, some of the technologies used are obscure and in some instances outdated. The management structure is also overly complicated for a department of it's size, which can lead to inefficiencies. There also doesn't seem to be much oversight of the quality and style of code.
