Pros

Absolutely none; the organization is a shell of an FQHC principally due to gross mis- management and failed leadership ability of the CEO. Condescending, controlling and manipulative behavior of CEO has resulted in massive turnover and year over year decline in patients and revenue.

Cons

Systematic and gross mis-management under CEO Sheila Simmons. Needs to be immediately audited by NC DOL, HRSA , Harnett County Board of Commissioners, City of Lillington, North Carolina Community Health Center Association, National Association of Community Health Centers and most importantly the FCCHC Board of Directors. Positive comments about FCCHC over last 12 - 24 months on this website clearly written by CEO Simmons and reflect her self serving attempt to cast blame on employees rather than her own gross mis-management. Non competitive pay except for CEO, limited restricted access to routine office supplies, closed door environment with CEO in locked office with no free access to staff, unfair employee / management disciplinary and employment actions and numerous clinical violations / non compliance with State / Federal health standards and related regulations.

Pros

It's a beautiful building and in a convenient location.

Cons

Toxic work environment driven by poor leadership. Management lacked empathy, transparency, and accountability, often creating a culture of bullying, dishonesty, intimidation, and favoritism. Employee concerns were dismissed, morale was low, and the environment felt emotionally draining rather than supportive or professional. If I could give it less than a zero I would.
