Pros

Being that It’s a non profit is the best reason to work here. Harnett County really needs this medical facility. It’s was a great way to give back to the community.

Cons

Blatant shameful GROSS mismanagement, I’ve never seen anything like this before! I can’t believe how such a good needed facility was being run into the ground by Sheila Simmons & how the employees don’t ban together to get rid of her. The board is non existent & completely turns a blind eye to her practices and employees complaints!. They’re in on it as well FAT CATS lining there pockets with millions it was down right scary. I’ve been in healthcare for over 20 years as a CCMA, Im good at what I do, this place mentally physically and emotionally ran me into the found. Paycheck was always wrong once I didn’t even get a paycheck I had to wait until the next pay period it’s was Sheila Simmons way of hiding her thievery. traveling to other clinics was horrible & dangerous driving back country roads at night. I HAD ENOUGH I WENT TO the labor board and filed a complaint! Only then did I get what was owed to me!! Never enough supplies! They’ll take supplies from one center to put in another center instead of doing inventory. I disagree with the reviews that say take it if you need a job, trust me it’s not worth it.

Pros

It's a beautiful building and in a convenient location.

Cons

Toxic work environment driven by poor leadership. Management lacked empathy, transparency, and accountability, often creating a culture of bullying, dishonesty, intimidation, and favoritism. Employee concerns were dismissed, morale was low, and the environment felt emotionally draining rather than supportive or professional. If I could give it less than a zero I would.
