Good people, good managers. Relaxed environment

Slower then other stores but pay pretty well on commissions

Pay is just okay but only because the benefits are expensive

Supervisor was of no help and condescending. Tried asking for help and somehow ended up in trouble. Colleagues were rude and condescending as well. Constantly tell you what you are doing wrong and run to the supervisor about any and every little thing. Very much a "Do as I say, don't do as I do" environment. Absolutely hated this place in every aspect. Would never recommend anyone to work there or even buy a car from them. Supervisors gossip with employees. Lack of good leadership. All around unprofessional. Had to make everyone else's job easier, but couldn't get help for my own when asked.
