There is no growth in this organisation. Entire company runs by 2 people. CEO ages COO. Very biased environment. Only favourite employees gets promotion and hike. CEO is not approachable. Even in this situation when most of the organisation declared work from home till March or April, few favourite employees are visiting office and targeting those who are not attending. They don't care about employees will being and safety.
