Pros

I had the pleasure of working with some amazing colleagues, but they had little influence when it came to management. Many of the positive reviews seem to be written under pressure from HR.

Cons

This company thrives on micromanagement—it’s their daily routine from morning to night. Only management has a voice, dictating every step you take. No holiday ,PTO ,bonuses except for a raffle which is based entirely on chance. They won't hesitate to terminate employees without any prior warning.

Pros

Great team, HR was understanding, as I lost both my arms while serving in IRAQ, so I was able to work at the company with speak recognition software.

Cons

How many companies can you work with without arms? Hello, no cons here.

Pros

Competitive commissions/bonus *IF* you get placed on the right team.

Cons

When I first applied to FlexOffers, I read a review from a former employee who said this place made them physically ill. I actually laughed, thinking it was dramatic. After working here myself, I realize I should have taken that review seriously. Micromanagement doesn’t even begin to describe the control they exert over you. They install multiple time-tracking softwares on your laptop, and HR makes a sport out of harassing employees with hostile private messages. They will bully you into participating in unpaid work activities and threaten your job if you don’t pretend to enjoy it. They lie about PTO. You’ll “accrue” time off on paper, but they’ll find ways to steal it from you whenever it benefits them. Raises? Forget it. They claim they can’t afford them, all while spending millions on flashy new hires and piling the extra work on existing staff (hence the insane turnover). The CEO is basically a ghost. You’ll never see him, never speak to him, but every unhinged directive gets forced through from the top with zero discussion or regard for the people doing the work. If you try to resign, they’ll lock you out of your computer on the spot, ignore your notice, and have HR call you to tell you you’re “fired” instead. Then they’ll scramble to come up with excuses to withhold your last paycheck, often blaming “PTO errors” or fake tech damage. Working at FlexOffers was one of the worst experiences of my life. This place is toxic to the core. If you’re thinking of applying here, don’t walk away — run. Save yourself while you still can.
