Pros
This is hands down the best company I've worked for!
Sure, the salary is competitive and the benefits are great, but beyond that they've managed to build a positive, fun, and inclusive company culture that makes working every day a lot of fun.
The company values diversity and encourages everyone to bring their authentic selves to work. I know a lot of companies say this nowadays but Fluent Forever is the only place I've seen that really embodies this and treats their employees as people first and employees second.
It's a fully remote company but they do a good job of mixing in team building activities to your daily work that after a short period of time you really get to know your coworkers despite being so spread out across the globe.
As a software developer, there are plenty of opportunities for you to grow and learn new things. Management does a great job of balancing the need to meet business objectives with a freedom that allows developers to innovate and explore tech that interests them.
Cons
As a young company, sometimes I feel that operating procedures for my role aren't documented or structured as well as I would like, but this is improving, and I expect it won't be an issue much longer.
