Pros

- Collaboration - Friendly colleagues cause everyone is around the same age group - You will learn to appreciate other companies - Survive here 3 weeks, you will survive anywhere

Cons

- Pico management, boss wants to know everything but doesn't know anything from the reporting in physical daily stand up - Kalang Kabut process and communication - No force OT as long as you finish your tasks within working hours and the director doesn't find you to support UK hours. - Verbal abuse if the boss dislikes you and then tells you to not take it personal while he praises everyone before you. - If poor programming skills then they will assign you to support or project or infrastructure side to figure out when will your last meal be in this company. - Poor management team, management team don't take ownership of the mistakes and juniors will end up getting the heat from the boss because management team has been with the boss since the early start of the company. - Expect to have zero self-respect.

Pros

- The ground-level colleagues are decent to work with since you're all in the same boat. (NOT specific higher-ups such as Mr King or Mr Ed) - The paycheck clears, proving that they are indeed not bankrupt yet.

Cons

- Toxic Leadership: Management operates with a deeply flawed mindset. There is zero emphasis on employee growth, and leadership explicitly avoids creating a supportive learning environment. - Exploitative Culture: They view employees—especially juniors and interns—as cheap manual labor for their production line rather than technical talent. You are expected to just execute blindly, and asking to learn new things is actively discouraged. - Disconnected Expectations: The workload and demands are completely unreasonable given the lack of resources and guidance provided by the higher-ups. - Hostile Environment: It’s a highly toxic workplace where management is unapproachable and the daily atmosphere is incredibly draining. If you want to actually build a professional career in tech, avoid this place at all costs.
