Pros
Management treats you as an equal and is much like family. High pay wage 17.50 to 20 to start. Flexible schedule so that you may work part time and go to school easily.
Cons
Lack of supervision. Lack of proper training. Lack of hours. May have to travel outside your area for hours. Clients family’s cancel a lot or insurance puts them on hold and most times you can’t make up the hours. Will only pay for mileage if 2 or more clients...does not include drive time to 1st client and home or to meetings.
