      No Pros unless you are masochistic

      Cons

      Terrible pay, Terrible working conditions. Extremely long hours with virtually NO OVERTIME PAY. Prepare to get called at 3 am for a 20 hour shift in the middle of the forest. Footprints will take full advantage of you if you let them, sucking you up and spitting you out. Do not work here under any circumstances.

      Pros

      Decent pay, ok benefits and a wide range of places you can work. Some support from employees.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, management sets you up to fail. They would rather you figure it out yourself. They will call you at all hours day and night to take shifts.
