- great product/technology - talented team with many good people - growing quickly so lots of opportunities to take on more and grow - impressive customer list
Cons
- leadership is greatly lacking and does not listen to feedback - employees are not empowered - company is very cheap, so getting even the most basic resources/tools is almost impossible - expectation of always being available and employees are praised for working around the clock - zero diversity - management believes the culture is great, don't be fooled it is not!
