Minus 5 star rating. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!. Worst employer EVER!!!!! Stay clear of the Las Vegas ll. Incomplete training, their chatroom they call "Spark" for agent support is a joke. They don't care about their employees, clients or clients customers. They don't follow their own policies and procedures. They don't give promised bonuses and incentives. They took Nebraska taxes out of Nevada paychecks when Nevada has no state taxes. They lie to customers about canceling a membership when they actually leave the membership open. They terminate experienced agents to make room for new trainees that cost them less. No such word as job security here. Coaches and agents are either fired or quit on a regular basis. Extreme cases of favoritism to some who least deserve it. Often skip verbal and written warnings to go straight to final write up. This had been the worse employer experience in my 20+ years of work history. - Cross Trained Call Receiver Foundever Employee Review

Pros

NONE, I have nothing good to say. Stay clear of Las Vegas ll. With the exception of some work experience, I'm at a loss for words for anything good to say.

Cons

Every breath there is a challenge. The most stressful job I've ever had. The members were great to work with, its the management and coaches that makes it a living hell. I feel bad for what their clients don't know. And any unsuspecting future employees.

Pros

Work at home is the only pro

Cons

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
