Pros
As far as I can tell, none at the moment.
Cons
I was hired to be a quality engineer and was quickly expected to perform work outside my job description that I had nearly no training on. I was chastised by management for not performing up to par despite Foxlink not having official training records or expectations written up in order to achieve required goals. I was frequently yelled at by management and it was common practice for this to be expected among all workers. I was given no performance metric within my 90-day probation and was fired right before the holidays. I was given no reason as to why from management. It seems as though people are hired and fired quickly and I would not suggest anyone to work here. Apart from the company culture being abysmal, the working conditions are extremally hazardous. Heavy paint fumes waft throughout the warehouse as well as welders working without protection or open blinds.
