Pros
There is some opportunity for growth
Cons
Does not protect their women from harassment from male employees, most of which I must note are felons. At least one male employee had a harassment complaint at every location and was still working for them when I left. Other manager left after being attacked and threatened by a male employee, and rather than firing her attacker, they transferred her to another location, where she would still have to interact with him often. He was their maintenance person, so they did not want to have to suffer themselves from having to hire a new maintenance person. Sketchy practices that resulted in having our clean towel service taken away, and many final warning notices mailed or called in on a weekly basis. Once had my employees paychecks bounce, resulting in me having to pay them in dollar bills and rolls of quarters.
