      There is always Tetra-pak to switch to!

      Cons

      GEA's decade of M&A has left them with a gallery of products across a multitude of industries. What they have not been able to retain is the talent that understands the technology.

      Great benefits, co-workers are good to work with

      Dysfunctional management, lack of concern for procedures, management is not communicative, feel like a number outside of the co workers
