      good client and easy access to leaves

      Cons

      will set you in comfort zone, no new learnings, tortured about time rather than how efficient you are. No integrity with WFH policy. Too much duration for notice period. You will be mentally drained and soon would be not capable of learning new things due to comfort zone out there
