Way too much work for the pay - Leasing Specialist Gaslight Property Employee Review

This is possibly the worst job I have I ever had. They don’t care about their employees or their tenants. The entire time I worked here I felt like a slumlord. They hire new people in making more than you. Raises are nearly impossible. You get very little on the job training. The company is so disorganized they frequently lose tenant payments, keys, etc. Anyone who abuses company policy is not reprimanded for it, because the company is entirely too disorganized to be able to catch it. If you want a job where you can literally not show up to work and no one will notice, this is the place for you. Be prepared to be training new employees who make make more than you. There is such a large turn over that it’s hard to keep up with who is supposed to do what. Expect to lose 3-4 employees within your first month. My best advice is to not work for them or live with them. Seriously.
