      1. Free lunch but that will probably go away soon 2. Unlimited PTO 3. Working with no supervision can be fun

      1. I had 5 managers within a 10 month period 2. No product direction, projects started and stopped without any good reasoning 3. No ability for growth 4. Contradictory decisions and viewpoints from everyone you talk to

      Pros

      - early on had a lot of founding responsbility - very cool tech stack for 3D rendering on front end - felt meaningful - great SWE organization, company culture felt relaxed but with talented people

      Cons

      - recent year has been a managment restructure that changed the vibe of the whole company - no real product vision - SWE org is no more, only government contracts are surviving
