      Generally, cream rises to the top. With GDIT, a lot of awful people are given a chance to rise to the top. If you have other options, stay away.

      Good pay and flexible telecommute options

      Cons

      Extremely basic benefit offerings. There also seems to be a very wide chasm between GDIT internal (management/corporate) and front-line staff who are focused on the contract.
