I learned a lot. Fast paced. Great benefits once eligible. Great pay.
Cons
Too much last minute travel, some site managers extremely sexist (I never thought I'd actually say that in my lifetime) I wasn't given the same opportunities as the young men interns. I was given mostly "clean up" work and when I raised concern about it was told that there was enough hands on the project. I would wait a week for an order. They would be swamped, though we had the same performance reviews. Just as upper management caught wind of my complaints, that particular region lost funding and they combined with another Midwestern region. Upper level management had the choice of relocating or stepping down, lower level employees and interns were asked to step down.
