I really can't say one positive thing about this company, but I had to write a 20 word minimum sentence.
Cons
Forget all these positive comments. These employees have been drinking the juice. I wish I never worked there, I spent more money than I could ever make up. You are sent to truly run down areas in the country and convince unfortunate people they need this product when they really don't. It's truly taking advantage of lower class citizens. You have to check in with your supervisor everyday- EVERDAY- to talk about what you are doing and how your day went. They tell you you can make your own hours and be your own boss, so why do I have to spend a long day after going door-to-door spending it on the phone when I want to go home to my family and get some rest. Also once a month there is a conference in some other city that keeps you away from your family for at least a week. It's very cult-like, and you're a "failure" for not buying into this b.s. They also make a lot of references to God, and I can swear to you that even God would not approve this business. Beware.
Captive agent
MLM style of recruiting. Emphasize recruiting from day one.
Only 3 days zoom training. Say they have the best training but honestly it is just so-so.
Feild training days really only going to Dollar Trees and gas stations.
Oversaturated market
Emphasize in recruiting the companies ability to have work life balance, but that's not really true. Want you to work 50+ hours a week. Kind of shame you if you don't.
If you want to get into insurance, you can always get your license, buy leads and start working part time to develop your skills with another company or as a broker. Can't do that here.
Commission is so-so. Life insurance commission is better.
Tries to lure you in with trips and highlights salaries of top producers only.
Says that they have a program to help you out if you don't sell in recruiting video but honestly that's not true
