Great culture where everyone is treated with respect. Base pay is reasonable, end of year bonuses are depend on company success, but are usually very good. Employee owned company, which means work-life balance is more valued than other places I've worked.

Seattle's cost of living is driven by tech company wages, and Glosten isn't a tech company. Glosten is a consulting firm, which means the projects you're working on are always changing. Sometimes that means you're working on something you really enjoy, other times you may just be doing the work.

Amazingly talented people. Impressed by their work ethic and integrity.

Hybrid work is new to them and there are some challenges and reluctant adopters, but all-in all it’s a very flexible work environment.
