      Pros

      Work life balance is good for the most part. The benefits are great.

      Cons

      Lots of office politics. Not much prospective for growth. With so much uncertainty, people are loosing their motivation.

      Pros

      Golf goodies. That’s it. This company sucks!

      Cons

      Workload is huge. No remote work for headquarters office even though half of the company throughout the USA is remote since they don’t live in Virginia. Salary’s are low here. Everyone is afraid of getting fired if they get on the managements bad size. CEO is a train wreck to work with. “You think you know, but I know (better)” is how he works. Ceo looses assistants constantly because no one can work with him.
