Pros
For the most part, the employees are bright, dedicated and talented. There were efforts to provide the employees a work-life balance, and there was an interest in sponsoring attendance at conventions or classes.
Cons
The efforts to ensure that employees had a work-life balance were often unsuccessful, and often there were at least a dozen people who were entirely overworked. Systemic issues relating to management were ignored, even when employees tried to bring these issues to the attention of higher management. Turnover is high, which means there are fewer people who are invested in solving these issues. Pay is lower than other comparable firms.
