Most people could earn a bit more money elsewhere, but when you look at the benefits available, you'd be hard pushed to find a 35 hour week and better package in today's market Progression 'up the ladder' can sometimes be a challenge and we have to accept that sometimes people will have to move on to get a better opportunity.
