Unfortunately I got the sting of the Directors' tail when I wasn't singing to their tune anymore. The turnover of HQ staff says it all. No performance management was done whether positive or negative - taken into a room 1 day after 1 year of service and be told "it isn't working for us anymore". Management can't see their faults, how dare I question their capability. I worked my full notice period without being able to do the job I was employed to do and couldn't even email colleagues across the company. A really harsh, inpersonal, toxic environment to work in and despite the niceties, not one of my "team" dared contact me for fear of reprimand. I witnessed 2 other team members shunned by the company and the same was done to them. Yes this is an emotional review however it is the truth and I genuinely wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did.
